Redesigned kitchen and restrooms, added new exhaust and make-up air systems, reworked ductwork, and assessed HVAC to support a refreshed brand and open-concept restaurant rehab.
Hired to work with the architect for a rehabilitation of an existing restaurant facility and make the existing facility more conducive for the new owners and their brand. We had a complete redesign of the new kitchen and toilets for the space, along with having to design a new kitchen exhaust hood and make-up air system.
Existing rooftop units were assessed and serviced to help save the owner initial up-front cost. We reworked the ductwork and created a more open concept, by removing the ceilings.
