SKY Engineering provided MEP and fire protection design for Constellium’s new 20,000 SF Maintenance Shop, featuring zoned HVAC for offices and radiant heat in shop areas.
Local General Contractor, Scott Murphy Daniel, hired SKY to help in the MEP design of the new 20,000 SF Maintenance Shop at the existing Constellium location in Bowling Green. The Office area was to be fully conditioned and zoned out off a package unit and the surrounding space was to be heated with radiant tube heaters, in the associated shop space.
Fire Protection Design was included in the scope of work and was to be tied into the existing system, that was in the adjacent building.
