SKY Engineering led MEP renovations, replacing varied HVAC systems with new split and rooftop units, updating power distribution, and installing energy-efficient LED lighting throughout.
The owner had multiple types of HVAC systems serving their entire building, that ranged from a 2-pipe boiler and chiller system, mini-splits, and a 16-ton VRF system. We were hired to provide and oversee the design and construction of the MEP renovation to include replacement of the existing HVAC systems with new Conventional Splits System and Package Rooftops Units. We also reworked power distributions for the new systems, along with replacement of lighting with new LED efficient fixtures.
