Metalsa Structural Products

The Metalsa Elizabethtown facility planned to build two additions to their warehouse. SKY Engineering assisted in the Mechanical and Plumbing design on this project. The North Expansion included a restroom, training area, storage space, and forklift corridor. The L3 Expansion consisted of addition storage space.

Each addition required Makeup Air units to supply the space with air conditioning. These units were equipped with gas heat. Upblast exhaust fans were placed to remove air through the roof. In the North Expansion, a men’s and women’s restroom was added with associated plumbing and exhaust fans.
