SKY Engineering conducted a feasibility study for a 72,000 SF facility, evaluating rooftop HVAC units and providing cost-based options for five zoned system improvements.
The owner had noticed several leak points over the years and debated about putting a new roof on their existing 72,000 SF facility. They hired us, directly, to provide a feasibility study to analyses their existing rooftop package units and general a report for different cost options for each of their 5 zones. This included options to replace the exiting equipment, service the newer existing, or provide other options for HVAC needs in certain zones.
