Elijah graduated from Purdue University in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, along with minors in Mathematics and Organizational Leadership and Supervision. He has over six years of field experience spanning large-scale capital projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and reliability-focused implementations. Since joining the team in December 2025, Elijah has supported projects as an electrical designer and contributing to the development of code-compliant construction documents. He also obtained his Professional Engineering (P.E) License in January 2026.

Outside of work, Elijah enjoys prioritizing his faith, spending quality time with his wife and kids, playing sports, and doing home improvement projects.
