Lydia brings over 14 years of experience in AutoCAD and more than 10 years of Revit modeling to our team. As one of the founding members of the company, she helps play a key role in shaping both our technical standards and our commitment to quality.

She serves as the Manager of Plumbing Design in our Bowling Green office, where she leads the development and coordination of plumbing systems across a wide range of projects. Lydia earned her Certified Plumbing Designer Technician (CPDT) certification in 2017. In her role, she transforms schematic concepts into fully coordinated construction documents, ensuring each project includes comprehensive specifications, and are in full compliance with applicable codes. Her attention to detail results in quality plumbing drawings that effectively support the bidding process and help guide projects through successful construction. Lydia is also a key resource for our mechanical and plumbing Revit expertise, providing leadership and technical knowledge that strengthens our design capabilities.

Outside of work, Lydia is the proud mother of three wonderful children and the wife of Ryan, a dedicated firefighter. She enjoys spending time in nature, crocheting, and actively participating in church activities, where her faith and strong sense of community continue to play an important role in her life.
